Username, password and security code
Following registration you will receive a temporary password by email. This and your username can be used to gain access to marketindex through the login page.
Enter your username and password accurately - both are case-sensitive. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be prompted to change the temporary password to a password of your choice.
You must keep your marketindex account security details secret and take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised or fraudulent use of these details.
If you forget your password, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
Only if your firewall settings allow HTTP requests via port 80 or port 9700 will marketindex work properly. If you experience recurring problems when connecting please contact us.
Upon successful login, the marketindex trading platform will open in a new browser window. Pop-up blockers may prevent this window from opening. There are two ways to resolve this issue:
1. Hold down the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard while clicking on the "Login" button. This should deactivate the pop-up blocker.
2. Configure your pop-up blocker to always allow pop-ups from the marketindex website. This instruction describes how to do this.
